Patrick M. Hansen, CHA is a Founding Member & Principal of Dominion Hospitality Group and serves as the organization’s Director of Operations. The function of Patrick’s role is the management and oversight of Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Brand Compliance and Human Resources across the portfolio of hotels. His responsibilities also include conducting transitions for assets acquired by the organization and provide oversight and coordinate the development of new build assets.
A driven hospitality professional, Patrick believes strongly that each hotel is unique and diverse in attributes and opportunities. There is no universal approach to best serve clients, hotel owners, investors of each property or to boost the bottom line, serve our guests and enhance the overall value of the assets under his direction. Using an impassioned and hands-on approach, he works with and empowers the teams at the properties with a focus on training, skill enhancement and leadership while driving revenue and sustained growth to the asset.
During his time with Best Western Hotels & Resorts ®, Patrick was responsible for working in conjunction with the CEO, CMO and COO of Best Western Hotels & Resorts ® as part of a handpicked, small group of hotel owners & General Managers serving on a steering committee in North America to affect and implement change in the brand as a “think tank of industry disruptors” with the Future Leaders Group. The selection of candidates was based on hotel performance, brand compliance, personality, fortitude and GSS scores in the top 20% percentile overall in rankings in the brand.
