Robert “Brad” Medlin, is a hands-on member of Dominion Hospitality Group and serves the organization with additional operations support given his acuity for hotel operations. The functions of Brad’s role are oversight of Daily Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing in concert with assisting with Brand Compliance across the portfolio of hotels. His responsibilities also include the oversight of new Property Improvement Plans of hotels along with Renovations and New Build Projects. An ambitious and motivated manager, he brings over a decade of executive management experience driving sales and profitability through innovative strategies. Brad began his career on the ground floor of the hotel industry and quickly realized that Operations was where he would find his career path expeditiously rising through the Operations vertical. During his 16 years in the industry, Brad has worked with many major hotel flags including Choice Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, and IHG.

In previous years, Brad has performed multiple full-scale hotel renovations, and numerous PIP completions and has a material understanding of what is required to effectively operate each hotel department with intuitive and intrinsic motivation. He has curated each aspect of the hotel renovation processes as a brand liaison, FF&E Procurement, to the onsite management of general contractors. His management skillset affords his ability to deliver completed renovations ahead of or on schedule and under budget being mindful of revenue displacement.
